Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Scope, License Grant & Service Availability

Subject to these performance terms, jbdStudio, LLC. grants your organization or facility a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use any and all software products, web applications, and digital services hosted on or distributed through this site. All software and services are provided strictly on an as-available basis for as long as they are published and maintained by jbdStudio, LLC. We reserve the right to modify, update, restrict, or discontinue any software, application, feature, or service at any time without prior notice or obligation.

2. Distribution & Token Constraints

Access links generated by our database infrastructure are unique and strictly locked to your requesting environment parameters. You explicitly agree not to bypass token mechanics, modify payload configurations, mirror application endpoints, or distribute deployment components to unauthorized external infrastructure environments.

3. Proprietary Rights & Use Restrictions

All toolpath alignment engines, synchronization algorithms, split-pane syntax display architectures, and text parsing routines embedded within the software are the exclusive property of jbdStudio, LLC. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, unbundle database entities, or extract operational source libraries from the web application environment.

4. Absolute Liability Disclaimer

G-Code outputs, channel alignments, and synchronization edits generated by the application are reference tools only and must be thoroughly verified by a qualified technician prior to spindle execution.

jbdStudio, LLC, its developers, and operators shall have absolutely zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever. The application accepts no liability and has none for CNC machine crashes, tool or collet destruction, broken spindles, scrap material expenses, physical shop-floor injuries, or facility downtime resulting from software formatting behavior, errors, or omissions. You run all generated blocks entirely at your own risk.

5. Indemnification

By registering, accessing, or deploying the application, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jbdStudio, LLC, its developers, owners, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, actions, liabilities, and expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from your implementation, deployment, or use of the application on live production equipment or machinery.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Venue

These Terms and your use of the application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You explicitly agree that if there is a dispute, any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our software must be brought and disputed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7. As-Is Provisioning Warranty

The application utility engine is dispatched "as is" without any representation of commercial warranty, expressed or implied. Computer parsing graphics can extract varying system results based on individual CNC machine firmware matrix parameters and controller layouts.

8. Termination Parameters

jbdStudio, LLC reserves the right to invalidate secure tokens and suspend organization authorization pools without prior warning if any manipulation of token verification routes or security throttling bypass techniques is identified.
